Return & Refund Policy

At Vitamin Egypt, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. As part of this commitment, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy that allows customers to return their purchases within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. To initiate a return, customers must submit their request within the specified timeframe. The following conditions must be met for the product to be eligible for return:

  • The return request must be made within the 14-day period.
  • The product must remain unopened and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped from our facilities.
  • The product must have been stored under appropriate conditions, including temperature and humidity, as specified.

Return Process:

  • The customer must notify our customer service team of their intention to return the product(s).
  • Our customer service team will review the return policy and guide the customer through the return process.
  • The customer may either ship the product back to us or arrange for a courier to collect the product from their location.
  • Upon receipt, our operations team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria and matches the original item shipped.
  • Refunds will be processed by our accounts team within 3 business days using the original payment method or a comparable alternative.
  • Depending on the payment method, refunds typically reach the customer within 1 to 14 business days.

Usage and Results

While we strive to offer products that are of the highest quality and backed by expert recommendations, we cannot be held responsible for the results, effects, or side effects of any product. Customers are encouraged to follow up with the manufacturer directly regarding product use and outcomes. Consequently, we do not accept returns or provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with product performance or results.

Shipping and Return Fees

  • If an error occurs on the part of Vitamin Egypt, we will cover all related shipping costs, including the return shipping fee and refund processing fees.
  • If the return is initiated at the customer’s discretion, without fault on our part, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping, return, and refund processing costs.

Suspected Product Authenticity

In the rare event that there is a concern regarding the authenticity of a product, we will not immediately accept the return. Instead, we will engage directly with the manufacturer to verify the product’s authenticity. If the product is determined to be counterfeit, the customer will be compensated with an amount equal to five times the product’s purchase price. This policy ensures the highest level of authenticity and confidence in the products we offer.

Short Shelf-Life Products

Products sold with a short shelf life, typically at a discount greater than 25%, are not eligible for return. Our pharmacists will inform customers of the product’s expiration date at the time of order confirmation (only for products with a short shelf life).

To ensure transparency, the expiration date of all products is clearly displayed on:

  • Product listings
  • Product detail pages
  • Shopping cart
  • Invoice
  • Purchase confirmation email

Special Orders from Abroad:

Special orders imported upon customer request are not eligible for return unless the product is defective in a manner that affects usability. The following conditions allow for returns of special orders:

  1. The product arrives with an expiration date shorter than the expected usage period (based on the maximum dosage indicated on the packaging).
  2. The packaging arrives broken or damaged, compromising the product’s integrity.
  3. The packaging arrives opened.
  4. The product delivered is entirely different from the product ordered.

Heat-Sensitive Products:

Certain products that are particularly sensitive to heat and may be compromised if not stored correctly are exempt from our return policy. These heat-sensitive products are clearly marked on our website in the product details section. Examples of such products include:

  • Chewing gum and chewable supplements
  • Volatile oil products
  • Herbal supplements
  • Liquid formulations
