At Egypt Vitamins, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. As part of this commitment, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy that allows customers to return their purchases within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. To initiate a return, customers must submit their request within the specified timeframe. The following conditions must be met for the product to be eligible for return:

1. Return Conditions

The return request must be made within the 14-day period.

The product must remain unopened and in its original condition.

The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped from our facilities.

The product must have been stored under appropriate conditions (temperature/humidity).

2. Return Process

Notify our customer service team of your intention to return.

Review the policy and process with our team.

Ship the product back or arrange for a courier collection.

Our operations team will inspect the product upon receipt.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection.

3. Usage and Results

While we strive to offer products of the highest quality, we cannot be held responsible for the results or side effects. We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with product performance.

4. Shipping and Return Fees

If we make an error, we cover all shipping and refund processing costs.

If the return is at the customer’s discretion, the customer bears all associated costs.

5. Suspected Product Authenticity

If authenticity is questioned, we verify directly with the manufacturer. If confirmed counterfeit, the customer receives 500% compensation.

Legal Note: Article 21 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 stipulates the consumer’s right to replace or return a product and receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt if it has a defect, does not comply with specifications, or is unfit for its intended purpose. The supplier is obliged to fulfill this without any additional costs.
