Designed for your Health. Improved Maximum Strength formula contains 885 mg of Fish Oil & Cod Liver Oil combined, a source of Omega-3 which helps support the health of your heart, brain and vision. It also now includes the UK Government recommended level of vitamin D (10 µg) to help support the health of your immune system, normal bones and normal muscle function. These new capsules contain 308 mg of Omega-3 and now, even higher levels of EPA & DHA.

Cod Liver Oil (FISH), Capsule Shell (Beef Gelatine, Humectant: Glycerol), FISH Oil, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Antioxidants (Tocopherol-Rich Extract, Alpha-Tocopherol),Medium Chain Triglycerides, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D).
Directions
Recommended Daily Intake: Adults and children over 12 years: One capsule a day with a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral suppleme
