The danger of counterfeit products can be summarized as follows:

They may not contain any active ingredients, but only contain fillers such as gypsum or tile powder.
They may contain low-quality active ingredients at very high concentrations to achieve results — which are extremely dangerous as they may cause fatal side effects.
They may contain alternative active ingredients to the original ones; for example, joint and bone medications contain very high concentrations of low-quality painkillers.
They always contain many impurities that may cause allergies or be harmful to the point of death.
They may contain incorrect active ingredients due to the absence of even minimal levels of control.
They always contain ingredients completely different from what is written on the package of beneficial ingredients.
The packaging is often made of the worst types of materials unsuitable for storing and packaging food products because they react with the contents and produce toxic substances.
These products are often stored using the cheapest methods without any consideration for the user’s health.

The truth is that counterfeit products are deadly and pose a great danger to human health. We advise our customers to use products of known origin, whether local or imported, and never to use products of unknown origin.

How Do We Detect Counterfeit Products?

Counterfeit products are difficult to detect by comparing the package or packaging, as the counterfeiter replicates the original product very accurately — in fact, they put all their effort into imitating the original product.

All the videos spread across the internet for detecting original products are extremely foolish because the counterfeiter watches and considers them, and in many cases, the counterfeiter is the one who publishes these videos.

Here we will list a few observations that may help you obtain an authentic product:

Don’t believe anyone who tells you that the barcode is proof of an authentic product. The barcode, serial number, or bar code is only for inventory management. All counterfeiters copy the barcode and serial number as they are and it’s impossible for them to change them. All counterfeit products have a correct barcode and correct serial number. In summary, anyone who tells you to check the barcode is selling counterfeit products.
Some counterfeit products don’t have an original product; they are products manufactured in Egypt from the start and have no original version — beware of them and those who sell them.
You can never trust someone who sells a counterfeit product.
You can never trust someone who doesn’t know the source of their products.
Products that are cheaper than their price in the country of origin are certainly counterfeit products — authentic products are very expensive due to the costs of purchase, shipping, storage, customs clearance, releases, and more.

How Do We Say a Product is Counterfeit?

A product that is not produced by the manufacturing company — such as magnesium oil product from Dr. Berg’s company, as the manufacturing company does not produce it at all and it is not on their website, thus it is certainly counterfeit.
A product that has no original — such as Vitarm, Harfa, Slim Shape, and dozens of other products that have no original.
A product in an old form that has been discontinued for a long time — such as Natrol company’s crimson products, which have changed their form. The manufacturing company used to package their products in crimson-colored packages, then changed the color of the packages to purple since 2018, and they are still sold in Egypt in the old form until now.
Any product sold at a price lower than its price in the country of origin or close to its price in the country of origin.
All imported products from a foreign country with Arabic written on them — as these countries do not write in Arabic on their packages.
All imported products with an Egyptian phone number written on them to verify the authenticity of the product.
A product of unknown origin — and we cannot know for sure where it was purchased in the first place.
Sometimes, the parent manufacturing companies resort to changing the shape of their packages periodically and continuously to prevent them from being imitated and sold by counterfeit sellers.

How Do We Obtain an Authentic Product?

To obtain a guaranteed authentic product, you must purchase the product directly from the manufacturing company or from an authorized distributor. Purchasing from any third source is extremely dangerous.

To obtain the product from a third source and have some level of confidence, you must review the purchase invoice from the manufacturing company or its agent. You need to search for a reliable source for your health products because they are very necessary for your life.

Authentic Product Guarantee Policy

To ensure that all our products are authentic, we have developed a strict policy for purchasing and shipping products. This policy is characterized by continuous development whenever we feel the need to tighten it for new reasons that were not anticipated.

To be able to guarantee 100% authentic products, we do the following:

Purchase all products ourselves, and do not use any third party to purchase products for us.
Purchase all products directly from the country of origin and do not purchase them from any other country.
Purchase all products directly from the manufacturing company or from an authorized agent/distributor of the manufacturing company, and never purchase any product from any third party.
We do not purchase products from countries famous for the spread of counterfeit products such as the Gulf Arab countries, India, China, and Eastern European countries.
We never purchase any products from Egypt.
We store all products in our private offices in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Germany, or in our warehouses in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We ship all products ourselves with reliable international shipping companies in a very short period.
We photograph the products at every step they go through to ensure quality and accuracy.
We handle customs clearance ourselves.
We store all products in our local warehouses and do not use any other companies to store inventory or manage operations.
We keep all products at a temperature below 25 degrees in permanently air-conditioned rooms.
We ship products to customers with reliable international companies, which are Aramex, FedEx, and SMSA, or directly through our employees.
In the case of returned products, we examine them upon receipt and ensure that the returned box matches the box shipped from us. If there is any doubt about the box, it is not added to the inventory.
