1. Entering the Egyptian Market

When we entered the Egyptian market in July 2018, the availability of dietary supplements was extremely limited. Three companies dominated 90% of the imported products, and it’s worth noting that these companies were known for their low-cost, low-quality offerings in the United States.

In addition to these three companies, there were a few products from various other brands, but they were also typically the cheapest and lowest quality available in the US.

The Egyptian market lacked any authentic European or British products, except for a few counterfeit items imported from the Gulf region.

The harsh reality is that many of these products weren’t even imported from the U.S. at all.

Instead, they were often manufactured in Egypt in specialized workshops known for producing counterfeit products. The methods of counterfeiting varied from one workshop to another, with some adding useless fillers and others incorporating dangerous active ingredients in excessively high concentrations, all without any form of regulatory oversight.

From our very first day in the Egyptian market, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to import all our products directly, allowing us to introduce new and superior products to the local market. We do not engage in manufacturing, packaging, opening, resealing, or altering any products.
This guarantees that the product our customers receive is identical to the one received directly from the manufacturer, with no modifications whatsoever.

However, we must emphasize that we do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the products, including effectiveness, side effects, or expected results. Customers are not entitled to hold us liable for the results of product usage. If there are any inquiries, claims, or feedback regarding a product, customers can directly contact the manufacturer using the purchase invoice provided. The following points clarify our stance:

• Non-Manufacturer Role: We do not participate in the manufacturing process or oversee production in any capacity.
• No Clinical Trials: We rely on the manufacturer’s published information, including ingredients, properties, customer reviews, expert recommendations, and results from independent laboratories, as we do not conduct clinical trials or laboratory tests on the products.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that every product delivered is original and was purchased directly from the manufacturer.
However, the effectiveness and impact of the product on the customer remain the manufacturer’s responsibility.
