Ordering Special Products

In Egypt Vitamins’ pursuit to ensure the best shopping experience for its customers, and to guarantee that our valued customers obtain the best health products and dietary supplements in the world, we – since the start of our operations in Egypt – allow all customers to request dietary supplements and healthcare devices from anywhere in the world, and we can provide them to our customers according to the following conditions:

  1. The customer must pay an amount equivalent to 25% of the product price before ordering the product.
  2. The company is fully responsible for the product and its safety. In case the product is lost, damaged, or any emergency occurs that renders it unfit for use, the company bears all responsibility.
  3. The company must provide the product within a period not exceeding 10 business days from the moment the product arrives at our operations office abroad.
  4. The company must provide the product with a sufficient expiry date for the period of use – according to the largest suggested dose on the package. If the expiry date is closer than that, the company bears the product and commits to providing a new product to the customer or refunding the deposit.
  5. Delay Compensation
    1. If the product’s arrival is delayed more than 15 business days, the company compensates the customer with a 10% discount on the total product price.
    2. If the arrival is delayed more than 20 business days, the company compensates the customer with a 20% discount on the total product price.
    3. If the arrival is delayed more than 25 business days, the customer has the right to receive compensation equal to 20% of the product’s value without purchasing the product.

Periods are counted starting from receiving the product in our operation hubs abroad.

  1. Specially ordered products cannot be exchanged, returned, canceled, or have the deposit refunded under any circumstances unless an error occurs on the part of Vitamins Egypt.
  2. The company has operations offices only in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Products from other markets may need more time to arrive to our operation hubs.
  3. Although we make every effort to choose the best products in terms of ingredients, evaluations, and scientific opinions of specialists, we are not responsible in any way for the results of using the product, its effect, or its side effects. We advise following up on the use and results directly with the manufacturing company. Therefore, we do not allow returns, refund requests, or any other claims for any reason related to usage or results.
  4. The company does not purchase products from countries known for the spread of counterfeit products, countries that lack product control, or countries known for low-quality products.
  5. For products specially ordered from abroad, it is required that:
  6. The product complies with FDA standards or the equivalent health authority in the country of manufacture.
  7. The product is halal or not in violation of Islamic law.
  8. The product is of high quality and not significantly inferior to similar products available from us.
  9. The product is available directly from the manufacturing company or from an authorized distributor of the manufacturing company.
