The Mark of True Ceremonial Grade
Not all matcha is created equal. Our Spring Blossom matcha embodies the true essence of ceremonial quality, a difference you can see and taste.
- Uji, Kyoto Origin: Sourced from the birthplace of Japanese matcha, a region revered for its ideal climate and centuries of tea-crafting mastery.
- First Harvest Only: We exclusively use *Ichibancha*, the first-plucked leaves of spring, which are the most nutrient-dense and have the sweetest, most complex flavor.
- Traditionally Stone-Ground: The leaves are slowly ground between granite stones, a meticulous process that prevents heat from degrading the delicate nutrients and results in an ultra-fine, silky powder.
- Vibrant & Smooth: The result is a powder with a brilliant, vibrant green hue and a smooth, creamy, umami-rich flavor, entirely free from the bitterness found in lower-grade matcha.
Certified Purity & Quality
