The tablet is 11mm wide and 6mm thick, uncoated, so be careful if you have trouble swallowing large tablets. I’m very pleased with the tablet contents. My last zinc had unknown ingredients, which was concerning. These ingredients are simple and hopefully effective. Highly recommended.
