We manage every step of the importing process on behalf of our clients, including purchasing products from their country of origin, shipping them to Egypt, handling customs clearance, and obtaining necessary medical approvals, and delivering products to your doorstep.

• Limited Liability

Egypt Vitamins is dedicated to importing nutritional supplements and healthcare devices from top global producers. We do not engage in manufacturing, packaging, modification, or alteration of any products. Therefore, we assure our clients that the products they receive are exactly as supplied by the manufacturer, with no alterations.

However, we do not guarantee the outcomes of using these products, including any potential side effects or their expected or actual impact on health. We cannot be held liable for any claims or issues arising from the use of these products. Clients are encouraged to retain their purchase invoices and address any inquiries, claims, or feedback directly with the manufacturer. This policy is based on the following considerations:

• We do not manufacture or oversee the manufacturing process of the products, nor do we have access to the manufacturing details.
  • We do not conduct clinical trials or laboratory tests on the products. Our selections are based on the manufacturer’s disclosed information, customer reviews, expert recommendations, and results from independent testing laboratories.
  • The effectiveness of nutritional supplements can vary widely among individuals and is highly dependent on the user’s specific health conditions.
  • Nutritional supplements often require time to show results, and evaluating their effectiveness immediately after use can be challenging.

• Medical Support Team

We have a distinguished medical support team consisting of five pharmacists who specialize in nutritional supplements. Our team is highly trained to assist clients by providing medical consultations and helping them select the best products available globally. This medical support service is completely free of charge and available 24/7, even if you purchase products independently.

• Over the Counter (OTC) Products

Although our medical support team comprises licensed pharmacists with extensive expertise and registration with the Pharmacy Syndicate, we exclusively import over the counter (OTC) products that do not require a prescription and can be dispensed directly to any client. These products are sold overseas through online stores without any restrictions. We advise all our clients to consult a specialized physician when using any product for therapeutic purposes.

• Prescription Medications

We do not supply products that require a prescription for dispensing at pharmacies for the following reasons:

• Prescription medications require a prescription from the country of origin. Providing these would involve falsifying or unlawfully obtaining prescriptions, which we do not condone.
• Prescription medications often have more severe side effects compared to non-prescription products. A prescribing physician should oversee the use of such medications, monitor the condition, and observe any side effects.
• Prescription medications are typically very expensive and often covered by health insurance. It is unlikely that our clients would have health insurance in the country of manufacture or sale, and using health insurance to purchase these products is both illegal and ethically unacceptable.
• Logistics Team

At Egypt Vitamins, we have a specialized logistics team that manages the procurement of products from abroad and stores them in our warehouses (in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union) until they are shipped to Egypt, cleared through customs, and approved. Due to our exceptional team and operational offices and partners in all the countries we work with, we handle the entire import process ourselves without relying on any external, unverified parties. We are the only company in Egypt that manages 100% of the nutritional supplement import process, ensuring that all our products are 100% genuine.
