These are about the flavor you would expect of a gummy vitamin, so they would be easy to take. One serving is also three gummies, so if you wanted to take a little less for some reason, it would be easy.

I also like that most of the servings only go to 100%, and not way above it. Some multivitamins will give crazy doses of different things, and sometimes you have to be wary of getting too much of something, too. This doesn’t have any of that, so it feels a little on the safer side.
