Tablet Ingredients: Glucosamine & Chondroitin Tablet Ingredients: Glucosamine Sulphate (from CRUSTACEAN) (as Potassium Chloride) USP*, Maltodextrin, Chondroitin Sulphate Sodium (from Fish), USP*, Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Polydextrose, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Glycerin, Colours: Calcium Carbonate & Copper Chlorophyllin [Natural Source]), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Anti-Caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate) (from Soya), Turmeric Extract, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Zinc Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol, Antioxidant: DL-Alpha Tocopherol), Ginger Root Extract, Copper Sulphate, Folic Acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid), Sodium Selenate.

Directions
Take two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with a full glass of water or a cold drink and not tea or coffee as this may cause the tablets to disintegrate too early.
