Directions for Use :
Do not take more than directed (see overdose warning).
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms last. Do not take more than 6 caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.
Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor.

Here are some suggestions that you can try to help manage headaches:
— Taking a hot bath or shower to help relax aching muscles.
— Heading out for a brisk walk. Fresh air can work wonders when it comes to headaches.
— Trying some simple head and neck stretches.
Try relaxation techniques like the one below:
— Step 1: Sit or lie down comfortably, and put one hand on your stomach (just below rib cage).
— Step 2: Slowly breathe in through your nose. Notice that your stomach expands outward and upward.
— Step 3: Exhale slowly through your nose or mouth, letting your stomach empty and fall.
— Step 4: Repeat 10 to 20 times.
