Legal Note:<\/strong> Article 21 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 stipulates the consumer’s right to replace or return a product and receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt if it has a defect, does not comply with specifications, or is unfit for its intended purpose.
