The customer must pay an amount equivalent to 25% of the product price before ordering the product.<\/p>

The company must provide the product within a period not exceeding 15 business days from the moment the product arrives at our operations office abroad.<\/p>

The company must provide the product with a sufficient expiry date for the period of use \u2013 according to the largest suggested dose on the package. If the expiry date is closer than that, the company bears the product and commits to providing a new product to the customer or refunding the deposit.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/i>5. Delay Compensation<\/h2><\/div>

If the product’s arrival is delayed more than 21 business days, the company compensates the customer with a 10% discount<\/strong> on the total product price.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

If the arrival is delayed more than 27 business days, the company compensates the customer with a 20% discount<\/strong> on the total product price.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

33+<\/span>

Days Delay<\/h3>

For delays exceeding 33 business days, customers may choose to either cancel the order for a full deposit refund or continue with the purchase and receive a 20%<\/strong> value compensation.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Periods are counted starting from receiving the product in our operation hubs abroad.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/i>6. No Returns Policy<\/h2><\/div>

Specially ordered products cannot be exchanged, returned, canceled, or have the deposit refunded under any circumstances unless an error occurs on the part of Vitamins Egypt.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

The company has operations offices only in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Products from other markets may need more time to arrive to our operation hubs.<\/p>

For products specially ordered from abroad, it is required that:<\/p>
